1st prize in Winnenden for a 'truly pioneering project' →

JOTT is excited to have won first prize in the internationational urban design competition for a new ‘Productive Urban Quarter’ in Winnenden as a part of the Internationale Bauausstellung 2027 StadtRegion Stuttgart (IBA’27). The project will create a new urban quarter with a full mix of housing, productive, creative and agricultural uses and spaces that work in close synergy with each other.
